My Thoughts
Then we have another build up episode. Well, I guess it is necessary as constant fighting does get boring after a while. So, this episode focuses on the caster tandem, the assassin tandem, the lancer tandem and Gilgamesh A.K.A Archer. The meat of this episode is the very terrorist like assassination of the lancer tandem by Kiritsugu. The way he blew up the whole building and instantly killing Lancer, his master and that red haired chick was so fast that it felt fake. I know they're still alive somewhere. Also, that red hair chick seems to be a master too which got me confused, HOW THE HELL DID LANCER GET 2 MASTERS!?!? This show really does like "bending" the "rules." Like they matter anymore -_-
Then we also learn of Caster's true identity which is kinda dissapointing. I'm sorry folks he isn't Quasimodo T_T. Then, we also learn more about Gilgamesh who by the way looks cool in normal clothes and his hair let down (kinda developing a guy crush here 0_0 ... awkward). He seems to be into pleasure like every king who got bored with the world out there. Then there's also the part where Gilgamesh suggested that all Kirei needs is pleasure, he then replies,"No, definitely not." ho ho ho, I smell a virgin XD. Well, kidding aside, overall this is a good episode. We get to see the plot move foreward a little, and the good thing is I didn't get bored at all, so yay!
Overall mood while watching: Like listening to a new topic in class, you find it somewhat interesting and you decide to write notes because the teacher will probably make a quiz out of it later.
